Clean and pat dry 1 pound of calamari (tentacles and tubes)
Heat up 4 table spoons of HCO in sauté pan
Add calamari, cook for 2-3 mins, turning once
Add half can of crushed tomatoes
Simmer and reduce for 3-4 more minutes
Serve hot and add 1 more table spoon of HCO to top before eating
