HCO Stuffed Artichoke
INGREDIENTSOne artichoke (leaves trimmed)
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan
4 tablespoons HCO
Pinch of salt and pepper
Mix bread crumbs, 3 table spoons HCO (add water or chicken stock if consistency is too dry)
INSTRUCTIONSStuff artichoke in between leaves and down into core.
Place half cup of water in bottom of baking dish (to steam).
Cover with foil and bake at 30-45 mins or until leaves pull off easily and are tender.
