Peel and Eat Shrimp HCO Scampi
INGREDIENTSOne bag of U8-12 non-peeled Shrimp
One Garlic Clove
1 lemon, 4 tablespoons HCO
1/4 stick butter
INSTRUCTIONSSaute chopped garlic and shallots with butter and 2 table spoons HCO
Add shrimp after garlic and shallots translucent.
Squeeze lemon and add zest after flipping shrimp.
Finish with 2 table spoons HCO before eating
