Spicy Cheddar Stuffed Burgers

1LB ground beef1 tablespoon Hot Crispy Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/4 c Extra Sharp Cheddar, grated
1 tablespoon Hot Crispy Oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Make 2 1/4LB patties, plate cheddar mixture in the center of each. Top with remaining ground beef and press to seal.Grill to preference, place on HCO Brioche bun and top.
