HCO Chicken and Waffles

INGREDIENTS
BUTTER1/4 cup butter, softened
1 TBSP Hot Crispy Oil
WAFFLES
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, more for waffle iron
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons Hot Crispy Oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup milk
4 large eggs
INSTRUCTIONS
BUTTERMix softened butter and HCO. Place in Saran Wrap, form into log shape. Refrigerate until firm.
WAFFLES
Whisk all ingredients just until combined. Pour batter into waffle maker, cook according to manufacture’s instructions.
ASSEMBLY
Top waffles with fried chicken, butter, maple syrup.
