HCO Stuffed Artichoke

One artichoke (leaves trimmed )
1 cup breadcrumbs 
1/2 cup Parmesan 
4 tablespoons HCO
Pinch of salt and pepper 
Mix bread crumbs, 3 table spoons HCO (add water or chicken stock if consistency is too dry ) 
Stuff artichoke in between leaves and down into core 
Place half cup of water in bottom of baking dish (to steam ) 
Cover with foil and bake at 30-45 mins or until leaves pull off easily and are tender
