Preheat oven to 250° F.
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together egg white and water until foamy. Add cashews and toss to evenly coat.
Strain cashews to remove excess egg white mixture.
Add cashews back to mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients, tossing to coat evenly.
Pour nuts onto a baking sheet in a single layer, bake for 1 hour.
Let cool on baking sheet completely, then store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
