Italian HCO Frittata
3 large eggs, sliced fresh mozz, italian sausage(cooked), sliced cooked mushrooms, arugula and HCO
Whip eggs and drop into pan lightly greased with HCO
Once egg sets slightly add sausage and mushrooms. After eggs firm finish with sliced mozzarella and drizzle HCO Solids on top.
Finish in 350 degree oven for rougly 5 mins until all egg is cooked
Add fresh arugual and more HCO. Enjoy!
