Peel and Eat Shrimp HCO Scampi

One bag of U8-12 non-peeled Shrimp

One Shallot, One Garlic Clove, 1 lemon, 4 tablespoons HCO, 1/4 stick butter


Saute chopped garlic and shallots with butter and 2 table spoons HCO

Add shrimp after garlic and shallots translucent.   Squeeze lemon and add zest after flipping shrimp.   Finish with 2 table spoons HCO before eating
